After signing up, you'll get access to our dashboard where you can set your preferred days and times for SitSocial visits. You can adjust these times weekly based on your needs. Our system will automatically match SitSocials to your venue based on your schedule and preferences.

No, SitSocials pay for their own food and drinks. This ensures authentic reviews and posts about your venue. However, some venues choose to offer special menu items or small discounts to SitSocials to encourage them to showcase specific dishes or drinks. This is optional and at your discretion.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and direct bank transfers. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, and you'll receive a GST invoice for each payment. For annual plans, we also offer the option to pay in quarterly installments.

SitSocials are carefully vetted individuals with active Instagram accounts and a stylish presence. They go through a rigorous verification process including ID verification, background checks, and social media validation. We look for people who are photogenic, active on social media, and have good engagement within their network. Only 24% of applicants make it through our selection process.

Our focus is on local impact rather than sheer follower count. Standard SitSocials have 500-3,000 highly engaged followers, while our Premium and VIP SitSocials (available in higher-tier plans) have 3,000-10,000+ followers. What matters most is that their followers are authentic and local to your city.

SitSocials post a mix of feed posts, stories, and (in higher-tier plans) reels about their experience at your venue. Content typically showcases the ambiance, their meal or drinks, and highlights unique features of your space. All content is authentic and created on-site during their visit. You can provide guidelines about preferred angles or signature dishes to highlight.

Your SitSocial dashboard provides real-time analytics including SitSocial visits, post engagement metrics, and estimated reach. For Premium and Growth plans, we also provide QR code tracking to measure walk-ins directly attributed to SitSocial posts. Additionally, all plans include a monthly performance report with recommendations for optimization.

You can cancel or reschedule visits up to 24 hours in advance through your dashboard without any penalty. For last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), the visit will still count toward your monthly quota, but we can often reschedule for later in the week depending on SitSocial availability.

We provide support via in-app chat, email, and phone during business hours (10am-8pm, 7 days a week). Premium and Growth plans include a dedicated account manager who can be reached directly. Emergency support is available 24/7 for all plan tiers. Our typical response time is under 2 hours during business hours.
